In ‘2020’, the double ’20’ is a sign of alignment. The last time we had the same pattern was 1919 and that was when the Western world was about to enter an era of change and growth. It was the end of World War I in Europe; America was on the rise; there were many political unrest and revolts happened around the world inspired by the Russian Revolution and the turmoil of World War I.
It has been a year of searching and learning and I finally feel I am ready to share with you the good news of Re/Co. Re/Co will provide natural personal care and household products in reusable containers. With my logistic partner we will be collecting, washing and refilling the containers, and delivering them back to the users.
Wasteland is an art installation comprised of 2,255 orange spheres made from 120 kg of ocean debris, suspended from the ceiling of Sydney Customs House, 24 metre above ground. It makes a powerful statement about how human consumption impacts the environment.

Why the hell do we keep on trying?
In Chinese medicine, autumn is associated with Metal and Lungs. This season is about governing organisation, setting limits and boundaries. It is the harvest time so one should finish the projects that are started in Spring or Summer. In this season, new projects should focus on those that cultivate the inner self.
Perhaps my parents also never imagined, that one day they would give up most animal delicacy they once prided themselves of, and that tradition could be re-created. In 200 years of time, if human still exists, I hope we will be remembered as the generation who set our own tradition to pursue what is the most important for many generations to come, not only for ourselves.
